Perth DJ Ketana drops fire all-Australian all-female mixtape, cheekily titled You Rap Like A Girl. Yes sis!
The You Rap Like A Girl mixtape, which Ketana dropped last week, has gained praise for celebrating some of the iconic women in our male-dominated Australian scene.
Keeping it short but sweet, the mix features women from across the land down under, kicking off with Zambian-born, Melbourne-based rapper Sampa the Great's FEMALE and closing with Brissy's Jesswar's latest heater, Heata. In between listener's earholes are treated to a mix of new wave Australian music vibing from R&B, trap and Hip Hop from Sophiegrophy, Jessica Jade and A.GIRL. Perth's own Hoodzy, who is only 17 and is growing a solid fan base thanks to her swag and flow, gets a look-in with her latest Hardcase.

Ketana is a Perth DJ and a member of Perth collective OD Clan. Members of the OD Crew also include Golden Era rapper Shadow and WA DMC Champ Bace Kadet. Ketana has been doing the rounds in Perth, DJ'ing at a number of the clubs and is also dabbing in production, focusing on the new wave of beats and sounds.
