​Rob Shaker and Bitter Belief announce the release date of their collaboration album Beastmode. Perth artist, Paul Deej, provided the album cover artwork with another masterpiece depicting the rapper and producer as demonic characters in the depths of hell. It even stars the boys’ pooches. Beastmode is out on Shakedown Records July 27th. Pre-orders soon.
 
Reams, Divine and Illdok released a promo video for their show at The Good Shepherd on July 13th. Hosted by local record label Chairboy Music, Reams headlines the event with supports from Divine and Illdok. Presale tickets available now and are only $10. Peep the promo video here.

Omac’s been making moves recently releasing a music video for the song Hear My Name off his Nerve Damage mixtape. The music video, which features Bitter Belief, was shot by emcee Complete, who has been expanding his skills into video production. Peep the music video here.

​Soma, who turned the big 3-0 last week, also announced pre-orders are available for his sophomore album, Magnum Hopeless, through Shakedown Records. The album due to be released end of June is partially self produced and shows a more mature emcee. Pre-order here.
 
Oh Dam Clan hosted a hip hop block party at The Good Shepherd last Wednesday. Working with Dank, Hotline Hoagies and Montys Hellrazor, the party went down with live aerosol art in the ally and had performances from the likes of Bace Kadet, Mr Shadow, ᴏᴛɪᴜʜ, ZERO Emcee & ADVICE, SOHO B2B KAIBA (DJ set).
