Premiere: Yung Goon - Bleed (Interlude) Music Video

Rappfox was lucky enough to receive a preview of Yung Goon’s latest music video for Bleed (Interlude). Bleed (Interlude) is off Yung Goon’s 68heartbreak EP that was released back in February.

The polished music video features simple but forceful visuals, a tight frame of Yung Goon showing him stabbed in the heart and slowly bleeding out, suggestive of the lyrics he is spitting, and a sombre close up of the heartbreaker's somewhat emotionless face. The short video flickers between these visuals effectively projecting the miserable feeling of heartbreak.

The track is the climax of the 68heartbreak EP. The EP being a journey of love and heartbreak and this song is the pinnacle of being broken hearted and just putting everything into a relationship and getting destroyed by it. As Yung Goon says, "basically even though you know it’s going to end badly you can’t help but end up back there".
The visuals are incredibly strong and highly-produced being directed by Rakim Kaldas and Toby Bajrovic and starring Yung Goon and Shalini Balakumar.

The track itself is produced by Perth native RUBIX and is an 808-influenced Hip Hop track accented by the keys.

Yung Goon laments “I don’t want to be in love if this all it is” and hearts bled everywhere in sympathy.
